I’ve always believed the right conversation can change everything.
Not as a tagline. As a fact I’ve seen play out over and over again, in business, in community, and in service.
I’m a veteran, a builder, and a connector. I founded Heroes Media Group to give a voice to the people who don’t always get one, veterans, first responders, and the community leaders showing up every single day without a camera crew. Since then, it’s grown into a full podcast media network with shows, production services, and a growing community of creators who believe storytelling is a form of service.
I co-founded The Makers Machine as a space for entrepreneurs who want real accountability and real connection, not another surface-level networking room. I co-founded JB ADDO Clothiers because I believe how you carry yourself matters. I started HMG Beverage to give back to the heroes in our communities.
Faith is central to everything I do. It shapes how I build, how I lead, and who I choose to serve.
